Despite complete radio silence from Valve’s official channels—aside from the game’s Discord server—Deadlock has remained quiet since its initial reveal. Even so, it has consistently held the top spot on Steam’s Most Wishlisted games.

Over a month after its first major update, Deadlock introduced the most significant meta shift yet: the game’s original four-lane map was replaced with a traditional three-lane layout, aligning it more closely with other MOBAs like League of Legends and DOTA 2.
