Remedy has issued a transparent statement acknowledging shortcomings in the launch of its multiplayer Control spinoff FBC: Firebreak, outlining plans to enhance the game in upcoming updates.
Despite launching on June 17, FBC: Firebreak currently holds a "mixed" Steam user rating. Describing the release as both "exciting and nerve-wracking," Remedy acknowledged player feedback while admitting "certain features clearly need improvement."
"We're implementing immediate fixes while planning longer-term solutions," the studio stated. "Some adjustments can roll out quickly, while others require more thoughtful development. We'll maintain transparent communication throughout this process."
The developers then addressed specific gameplay concerns: "We recognize players want concrete improvements, not vague promises, so let's detail our action plan."
