Back in April, we previewed the trailer for LemonChili's Super Farming Boy. This game takes the familiar cozy farming sim formula – planting, harvesting, building your dream farm – and injects it with lightning-fast arcade action and a challenging antagonist. Remember the "Harvest Moon on steroids" description? That still fits perfectly. I'm a huge fan of this high-octane take on the farming sim genre, and this week LemonChili unveiled a release roadmap, even opening pre-orders for the iOS version on the App Store. While a full release isn't imminent – Early Access is slated for Q2 2024, with a full launch later – pre-ordering the mobile game now grants a 20% discount. Alternatively, you can experience the game firsthand with a playable Windows demo available on Steam and Itch.io. Regardless of whether you pre-order, Super Farming Boy is definitely one to watch in the coming year.
