What Is inZOI’s Release Date?

InZOI launches into early access on Steam on March 28, 2025, making it playable for PC users. Console players will need to wait longer, as no official release window has been announced for PlayStation or Xbox yet. Since the game will be in early access, expect some rough edges initially.

Before early access, from August 21 to August 26, players could download the Character Studio to explore the deep character creator and design their own ZOI. Given the stunning visuals and the vast customization options, it’ll be fascinating to see what players create.

What Is inZOI?

Like The Sims, inZOI lets players craft avatars to navigate the world while managing basic needs like hunger and sleep. But unlike The Sims, inZOI is designed to be a far more immersive life sim—letting you freely explore areas beyond your apartment and interact with nearly every NPC you encounter. Players can also live in and customize one of three distinct worlds: Dowon, inspired by Seoul; Bliss Bay, drawing from Los Angeles; and Cahaya, shaped by Indonesia.
