As a survivor, you are a Meta-Human, uniquely equipped to navigate the challenges of the 256 square kilometer continent of Nalcott (Nekot). The landscape is diverse and treacherous, featuring frozen tundras, active volcanoes, hazardous swamps, and deceptive desert oases. Your survival depends on your ability to farm, hunt, or engage in combat, adapting to the environment's dangers.

The game pits you against zombies—corrupted humans—and bizarre dimensional bosses altered by Stardust. Be wary, as Stardust not only affects the environment but also impacts your food and water sources. Consuming contaminated resources can lead to a decrease in your maximum HP and a decline in your sanity.
