The Trial of the Sekhemas in Path of Exile 2 is an endgame activity, similar to the Sanctum from the original game. It's a valuable source of loot, though challenging for less powerful characters. While not essential to the main storyline, it significantly contributes to early character progression. This guide provides key information about accessing and completing the Trial.
Unlocking the Trial of the Sekhemas
To begin, defeat Balbala the Traitor, located in Traitor's Passage during Act 2. She's a formidable opponent early on, but defeating her rewards you with Balbala's Barya. This item is crucial for starting the Trial.
After the victory, travel to the Trial of the Sekhemas location via the Ardura's travel map or waypoint. You'll find a ruined temple where Balbala, now acting as a guide, awaits. Place Balbala's Barya on the Relic Altar to commence your Trial run.
