According to Android Authority, the feature, tentatively named "App Auto Open," will be entirely optional. Users can choose whether to enable automatic launching of apps downloaded through the Google Play Store.

The process is straightforward: a notification banner will appear for approximately five seconds upon download completion, potentially accompanied by a sound or vibration, ensuring you won't miss the notification.
