How to Find the Kinetic Blade in Fortnite

The Kinetic Blade can be found in both Battle Royale Build and Zero Build modes. To get your hands on it, keep an eye out for it as floor loot or search inside regular and Rare chest containers. Be aware, though, that the drop rate for the Kinetic Blade is currently quite low. Additionally, the absence of dedicated katana stands—except for those of the Typhoon Blade—adds to the challenge of finding it in-game.

How to Use the Kinetic Blade in Fortnite

The Kinetic Blade is a dynamic melee weapon that lets you swiftly close in on opponents and strike before they know what's happening. Unlike the Typhoon Blade, which requires sprinting to increase speed, the Kinetic Blade employs a Dash Attack to lunge forward. This move not only propels you but also inflicts 60 damage on any enemy it hits. You can execute this attack up to three times in a row before needing to recharge.

For a different approach, you can opt for the Knockback Slash, which deals 35 damage and sends opponents flying backward. If an enemy is knocked back and falls from a height, they may take additional fall damage, which could lead to their elimination.
