Fantasma, Dynabytes\' augmented reality adventure, adds new languages to coincide with Gamescom Latam

Pocket Gamer recently discovered Dynabytes' Fantasma, a captivating augmented reality (AR) multiplayer GPS adventure game at Gamescom Latam. This exciting title features a recent update adding Japanese, Korean, Malay, and Portuguese language support – perfect timing given the Brazilian location of the event! Further expansion is planned, with German, Italian, and Spanish language options slated for release in the coming months.

But what exactly is Fantasma? Players hunt and battle mischievous creatures that plague the world. The key is using portable electromagnetic fields (not your typical fishing bait!) to lure these paranormal entities.

Once lured, the battle begins! Using your phone's AR capabilities, you'll track and target these Fantasmas in your real-world surroundings – be it your bedroom, a park, or anywhere else. Tap to shoot energy balls, deplete their health, and capture them in special bottles.

The Fantasmas' appearances are location-based, so exploration is key to finding more. Luckily, deployable sensors expand your detection range, pulling in creatures from further afield. And for a more collaborative experience, team up with other players!
