Chains of Eternity Season Release Date

The global version of AFK Journey will launch the Chains of Eternity season on January 17th.

For other regions or game versions, the season unlocks once your server reaches 35 days old and you meet these prerequisites:

• Reach Resonance level 240.
• Complete all pre-season AFK stages.

Meeting these conditions and having a server at least 35 days old ensures access to the new season on the official release date.

New Features in Chains of Eternity?

Beyond the new map and story, Chains of Eternity introduces several new heroes and bosses:

• Lorsan (Wilder)
• Elijah and Lailah (Celestial)
• Illucia (Dream Realm boss)

Other significant seasonal changes include a daily cap on AFK progress, adjustments to Paragon levels, and Exclusive Equipment enhancements. Paragon levels will have a much greater impact, and upgrading Exclusive Equipment from +15 to +20 receives a substantial boost. This means investing in existing Supreme+ units yields higher returns, though the investment cost increases significantly beyond +15.
