The highlight of Version 1.5 is undoubtedly the addition of two new S-Rank Agents. Astra Yao, an Ether Support agent (a rarity, joining only Nicole and Zhu Yuan), arrives in Phase 1, alongside her W-Engine, Elegant Vanity. Phase 2, starting February 12th, introduces Evelyn Chevalier, a Fire Attack Bodyguard, and her W-Engine, Heartstring Nocturne.

Beyond Astra and Evelyn, Version 1.5 offers a wealth of new content. A new special story unfolds following the conclusion of the main narrative in Version 1.4. A new Hollow Zero phase, "Cleanse Calamity," and a new Arcade game, "Mach 25," are also introduced. New costumes for Ellen, Nicole, and Astra Yao add further visual flair.

A highly anticipated feature finally arrives with Version 1.5: banner reruns. Mirroring HoYoverse's other titles, Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero allows players to obtain past S-Rank agents.
