Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren: Acquisition Guide in WoW

Getting around on a fancy mount in World of Warcraft can elevate your gaming experience to new heights, and the Stormcrow called Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren is one of the most sought-after mounts. Named after the Siren Isle zone from the World of Warcraft: The War Within expansion, obtaining Thrayir involves navigating through the stormy weather event that affects the area. Players must visit various locations on Siren Isle during an active Storm to collect five unique Runekeys. Here's a detailed guide on how to secure this magnificent flying mount.

How to Get Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren in World of Warcraft

The Whirling Runekey is obtained from the rare spawn enemy Ksvir the Forgotten, located in the southernmost room of the Forgotten Vault. Visiting the Vault during a Storm event increases the chance of Ksvir spawning, and he almost always drops the Whirling Runekey upon defeat.

The Torrential Runekey requires collecting seven Torrential Fragments from enemies around Siren Isle during a Storm phase. These fragments are your key to unlocking this Runekey.

The Thunderous Runekey is crafted from five Thunderous Fragments, which can be found in any chest around Siren Isle, regardless of whether the area is experiencing a Storm or not.

The Cyclonic Runekey can be acquired through fishing anywhere on Siren Isle during a Storm phase or as a potential drop from Zek’ul the Shipbreaker in the Deadfin Mire.

The Turbulent Runekey is assembled by finding three Turbulent Fragments at specific spots near Kul Tiran ghosts:

• Behind the abandoned inn, dig in the garden.
• Inside a cave in the Rotting Hole zone, where a ghost is cowering.
• Inside the Spirit-Scarred Cave, where a ghost offers the fragment as a tribute.

After collecting all five Runekeys, return to the Forgotten Vault on Siren Isle, but only during the Seafury Tempest phase. Entering during any other phase will not allow you to trigger the ritual. Head to the eastern room of the map, where you'll find Thrayir’s body on a platform surrounded by five runestones. Insert each Runekey into its corresponding slot, and you will receive a quest called "Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren." Completing this quest will add the majestic mount to your inventory.
