Where to Find Lord Semine’s Sword in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 (KCD2)

In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, Lord Semine's wedding to Agnes faces a snag: his ceremonial sword has vanished. Your mission: recover it.

Finding the Sword Thief

Radovan reveals the missing sword, a creation from the Hermit's Sword. He recalls seeing a suspicious individual in yellow. Your search begins with questioning those in yellow attire. While most deny involvement, one provides a crucial lead: a yellow-clad man heading towards the stable's upper level.

Investigating the stable reveals Hans, a yellow-dressed individual courting a woman. He's not the thief, but he witnessed Svatya, the bailiff's son (and the bride's brother), taking the sword. Hans, however, didn't follow Svatya, leaving you to find him.

Confronting Svatya

Locate Svatya near the musicians playing for the wedding guests. He's easily spotted near the stable wall, visibly possessing a sword. However, he confesses to discarding the sword in a nearby pond as a prank against Old Semine.

Retrieving the Sword

The pond's location is near Radovan. Look into the water; the sword is visible and easily retrieved.

Returning the Sword

Return the recovered sword to Radovan. You can choose to reveal Svatya's actions or simply focus on the sword's recovery. Once the sword is returned, and any time-sensitive pre-wedding tasks are completed, the wedding ceremony commences, allowing you to progress to the next main quest.
