Currently, a special event featuring Lapras ex is running in Pokémon TCG Pocket. Battle AI opponents using Water-type decks themed around Lapras to earn Promo Packs. These packs are your only source for Lapras ex.

But hurry! This event ends November 18th, so you have a limited time to collect.

Each Promo Pack contains a single card, randomly selected from: Mankey, Pikachu, Clefairy, Butterfree, and Lapras ex. While the odds seem even, luck plays a big role. You might get Lapras ex on your first pack, or it might take twenty. For the best chance, focus on the Expert stage—it guarantees a Promo Pack after each battle, unlike the other difficulty levels.

Completing all stages also rewards Event Hourglasses, allowing you to replenish your stamina and continue farming. If you have a Pikachu ex deck, you can even auto-battle the Expert stage, making the process more efficient.
