In conjunction with the discussions about future adaptations, Insomniac's founder and CEO, Ted Price, announced his retirement after an illustrious 30-year career. Price, who has been instrumental in creating iconic franchises such as Spyro the Dragon, Ratchet & Clank, and Marvel’s Spider-Man, shared, "I actually made this decision last year. For me, after over 30 years of leading Insomniac, I felt it was simply time to step aside and let others pave the way for our team."

The leadership mantle will be taken up by three seasoned Insomniac veterans: Ryan Schneider, Chad Dezern, and Jen Huang, who will serve as co-Studio Heads. Price expressed confidence in the new leadership, stating, "I believe strongly that for us to continue our success, we need leaders at the top who are intimately familiar with how we do things, leaders who have helped build our culture and our processes, and who have earned people’s trust."
