Hearthstone Reveals StarCraft Mini-Set Details and Release Date

Hearthstone's January 21st Release: The Largest Mini-Set Yet!

Get ready for the biggest Hearthstone Mini-Set ever! Heroes of StarCraft, launching January 21st, boasts a whopping 49 new cards, blending the universes of Hearthstone and StarCraft.

This expansive Mini-Set introduces class-specific and multi-class StarCraft faction cards. Expect Zerg-themed cards for Death Knight, Demon Hunter, Hunter, and Warlock, focusing on swarming Zerglings and powerful Hydralisks. Protoss cards, playable by Druid, Mage, Priest, and Rogue, emphasize mana manipulation and high-cost card plays. Finally, Paladin, Shaman, and Warrior players will get new Starship options, building upon mechanics from The Great Dark Beyond expansion. A single neutral Legendary card, Grunty, completes the collection.

The Mini-Set's pricing reflects its increased size. A complete set costs $20 (or 2500 gold), while individual faction packs (Protoss, Terran, or Zerg) are available for $10 (or 1200 gold). The all-Golden version is priced at $80 (or 12,000 gold).

To celebrate the launch, Hearthstone is hosting two streamed events:

• StarCast (January 23rd, 10 AM PST): Watch iconic StarCraft players TrumpSC and Day9 showcase the new cards.
• HearthCraft (January 24th, 9 AM PST): See Hearthstone community creators battle it out, representing each StarCraft faction.
