Great news for fans of the Uma Musume Pretty Derby anime! Cygames has officially confirmed an English language version of its popular horse-girl racing simulation game. A Japanese version already boasts excellent reviews, and now a global audience can join the fun.

For newcomers, Uma Musume Pretty Derby is part of a larger multimedia franchise, including anime and manga, that has gained a massive following thanks to its successful anime series. The game, originally released in Japan and Asia in February 2021 for Android and iOS, features racehorses reincarnated as girls competing in the "Twinkle Series," a national sports entertainment show. While the global release is still pending, characters like Gold Ship have already appeared in other global titles such as Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, hinting at future crossovers.
