Pokémon Center Area – North Province (Area Two)

A community favorite, this northeastern area (near Team Star's Fighting Crew base) boasts numerous Pokémon yielding pure Attack EVs: Lokix, Scyther, Bisharp, Heracross, Dratini, and Ursaring. Note that some, like Falinks, offer mixed EV gains. Consistent battling is key.

Eastern Edge of Porto Marinada
