The game doesn't allow immediate equipment use; resource collection is key. Explore the world, gathering plants, flowers, animal wool, feathers, and more. This guide explains how to maximize your gathering efficiency.

The "Collect Everything" Strategy

The simplest approach is to gather every resource you encounter. Don't overlook anything; even seemingly insignificant items can prove crucial later.

Animal Grooming

Grooming animals provides valuable resources. Use a special grooming suit (accessible via the Tab key).

Select the brush icon (Tab menu) and approach an animal. Right-click to begin grooming. A blue brush icon indicates successful grooming.

Note that some animals will flee. To prevent this, hold the right mouse button until the blue icon appears. This stealth approach ensures successful grooming.
