Starting January 17th, 2025, Godzilla invades Fortnite Chapter 6. To gain a massive advantage, you'll need to locate a rift that spawns randomly on the Battle Royale island each match. Be the first to jump in, and you'll transform into Godzilla himself!

As Godzilla, unleash your devastating powers: the Roar to pinpoint nearby players, the Mighty Stomp Attack to send them flying, and the powerful Heat Ray to inflict serious damage. However, be warned: the entire lobby will be hunting you!

How To Defeat Godzilla in Fortnite

If you weren't lucky enough to become Godzilla, get ready for an epic battle! Epic Games has strategically placed weak points on Godzilla. Hitting these weak points will cause Godzilla Fragments to drop, rewarding you with 40 health and three dash charges—crucial for mobility during the fight.

The Rail Gun has been unvaulted for this event, providing a powerful weapon for dealing significant damage quickly. High-rarity weapons are also effective. Focus your attacks, as the player who inflicts the most damage on Godzilla will earn the Godzilla Medallion (with its own dash ability) and the exotic Burst Quad Launcher.

Defeating Godzilla is a challenging but rewarding experience. Besides bragging rights, you'll earn some seriously impressive loot.
