Exciting news for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 fans! Treyarch has unveiled a brand-new Zombies map set to enhance the round-based survival mode. This latest addition, the fifth in the series, promises a thrilling experience. Dive in to learn all about the Mansion and what awaits in this gripping new environment!

Black Ops 6 Gets New Zombies Map

No Amalgams Here

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is expanding its Zombies mode with a fresh map centered around a grand mansion. On March 12, 2025, Treyarch and the official Call of Duty X (Twitter) account shared a sneak peek, showcasing a mansion bearing the scars of battle—visible damage on its walls, flaming army car wreckage, and ominous black smoke billowing from within.

Accompanying the image, a caption reads, "Personal log. Edward Richtoften recording…" with the hashtag "#Zombies." Edward "Eddie" Richtoften, a beloved character from the Call of Duty series, notably featured in Cold War, is set to return in this Black Ops 6 remake. This confirms his pivotal role in the upcoming map.

Sharp-eyed fans have identified the setting as the Mansion from Liberty Falls, dated February 1991, aligning perfectly with the storyline from the last Black Ops 6 Zombies map, The Tomb. This suggests a seamless continuation of the narrative.

Black Ops 6 Zombies Mode's New Map May Remove or Reduce Amalgams

One significant change to note is the absence of Amalgam enemies in this map. Confirmed by Treyarch on their Instagram, a user's comment about facing "the wrath of 20 amalgams" was met with a straightforward "Nope." Known for their high health and devastating attacks, the exclusion of Amalgams could offer players a more manageable and enjoyable gameplay experience on this map.
