Vampire Survivors has just released a thrilling free DLC, the Emerald Diorama, which introduces a unique crossover with Square Enix’s iconic fantasy RPG series, SaGa. This marks the game's most significant update to date, bringing a fresh wave of content to the beloved game.
The Emerald Diorama DLC transports players into a new stage that resembles a mini world map, complete with world-hopping vibes that echo the JRPG genre. This expansion introduces over a dozen new characters, ranging from puppeteers to singers of cursed melodies, enriching the game's narrative and gameplay.
Players can now wield more than 16 new weapons and engage with the innovative Glimmer system, allowing them to randomly acquire new skills during their runs. Additionally, the soundtrack has been expanded with nine new music tracks, enhancing the immersive experience.
To unlock the Emerald Diorama, players need to navigate to Moongolow and interact with a new merchant. Purchasing the Emerald Disk for 50,000 gold is the key to unlocking the DLC's content piece by piece. The DLC also introduces character parties, enabling players to form their own mini squads for a more collaborative gameplay experience.

Moreover, the DLC comes with two new Adventures, which are mini-campaigns featuring six chapters each. "To End an Ice Age" complements the base game, while "Tides of the Foscari" adds depth to the new DLC's content.
Simultaneously, the base game receives a free update named The Coop, which introduces a chicken-themed twist. Players can now meet Gazebo, a new chicken character, and utilize a new weapon and relic that accelerates gameplay.
The update also offers numerous achievements and the chance to unlock Darkana. Collecting 500 lifetime floor chickens unlocks the full potential of The Coop update. A useful tip for players: refrain from killing anything for the first minute in The Coop to unlock the Gaze of Gaea. Evolving it further with Parm Aegis will unlock Gazebo.
Vampire Survivors is available on the Google Play Store, and players can now enjoy the free DLC, Emerald Diorama, and the free update, The Coop. The latest updates also introduce cross-platform saving, allowing progress to be saved across PC, Xbox, Android, and iOS devices.
