Getting the Pose of the Unbound Emote in FFXIV

To claim the Pose of the Unbound emote, you must complete the quest called Imposing Views. Start this quest by talking to the Unbound Agent NPC, located in Ul’dah – Steps of Thal at coordinates X:12.5, Y:11.5.

Before you can access Imposing Views, you’ll need to have completed the quest Picking Up the Torch. To do so, you must first complete all five role quests in the game. This involves leveling up to 100 with a Tank, Healer, Ranged DPS, Melee DPS, and Magical Ranged DPS class. After reaching the required level, head to Tulliyollal to pick up and complete each of these role quests, which will unlock Picking Up the Torch. Only then will Imposing Views become available in Ul’dah.

Fortunately, the Imposing Views quest is quite straightforward. Simply journey to the Sagolii Desert, engage in multiple conversations with Apyaahi, and tackle a few monsters. Upon completion, you’ll receive the Pose of the Unbound emote as your reward.

To use your new emote, type /unbound or /poseoftheunbound into the chat box and press Enter. Your character will then strike the iconic, silly Jojo-inspired pose.
