Why are White Stellar Amulets So Valuable in Path of Exile 2?

The secret lies in their transformation potential. Normal (white) Stellar Amulets, possessing only the implicit "+# to All Attributes," can be converted into the coveted Astramentis Stellar Amulet using an Orb of Chance.

Astramentis' exceptional power stems from its massive attribute boost (+80-120 to All Attributes). This synergizes incredibly well with the Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps, another highly valuable Unique item, enhancing attack speed and lightning damage based on Intelligence and Dexterity.
