Acquiring the Preserves Jar

The Preserves Jar, essential for jelly-making, is obtained in two ways:

Crafting Spice Berry Jelly

1. Gather Spice Berries: These can be found foraging during Summer or within the Farm Cave year-round. Alternatively, use a Seed Maker on a Spice Berry to obtain Summer Seeds for cultivation in the Greenhouse.

2. Construct (or Obtain) a Preserves Jar: Requires 50 Wood, 40 Stone, and 8 Coal if crafted. The Quality Crops Bundle provides one as a reward.

3. Create the Jelly: Place a Spice Berry into the Preserves Jar. The process takes approximately two to three in-game days (54 hours). Begin this process before extended periods of inactivity for maximum efficiency. A pulsing animation indicates active jelly production.

4. Harvest Your Jelly: Once complete, the Spice Berry Jelly icon appears above the jar, signaling it's ready to collect. Enjoy the energy boost or sell it for 160 gold.
