Pokémon Center Hiroshima, open since June 2015, will relocate from its current home on the 6th floor of Sogo Hiroshima’s Main Building to the second floor of Ekie, the north exit of Hiroshima Station, around April 2025.

Meanwhile, the highly anticipated "Gyarados Plaza by Pokémon Center Hiroshima" will open on March 24, 2025, on the rooftop of Soramoa Plaza in the new Hiroshima Station building, Minamoa. This unique plaza features large Gyarados-themed play equipment, offering a fun space for visitors of all ages to interact with Pokémon. Initially, reservations will be required to use the playground equipment; details will be available on the official Minamoa website. Pokémon Center Hiroshima's current hours are 10:00 am to 7:30 pm, Monday to Sunday.

Poke-lun TV Nationwide Event in Japan

Pokémon Center Hiroshima's Gyarados Plaza is Oddly Not a Water Park

Before the move, celebrate "Poke-lun TV" reaching over 1 million subscribers! Participating Pokémon Centers across Japan, including Hiroshima, are hosting a nationwide event. Obtain an exclusive sticker by visiting any participating store and providing a password found in a "Poke-lun TV" YouTube video (posted December 19, 2024).

Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo, Osaka, and Okinawa will also feature special photo spots themed after the popular "Poke-lun TV" hosts (Takkun, Tokichan, Ha-chan, Tai-chan, and Riri-chan). This event runs from January 17th to February 16th, 2025. Note: This event is not available at Pokémon Stores, Pokémon Center Online, Pokémon Cafés, or Pikachu Sweets by Pokémon Café.
