Pokemon Sleep: Catch More Zzz's at Good Sleep Day Event

Springtime is here, but that doesn't mean you should skimp on your well-deserved rest. Pokémon Sleep is rolling out the red carpet for you to catch some zzz's with the Good Sleep Day #22 event, running from May 12th to May 15th. This monthly event is your chance to boost your Drowsy Power and delve deeper into researching sleep styles for your beloved Pokémon.

The highlight of the event is the full moon on Day 2, which will triple your Drowsy Power, Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP, and grant an extra 1,000 bonus sleep points. Days 1 and 3 won't leave you out in the cold either, offering a 1.5x boost to Drowsy Power, double Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP, and 500 additional bonus sleep points. Plus, keep an eye out for more frequent appearances of Clefairy, Clefable, and Cleffa throughout the event.

Following closely, Pokémon Growth Week Vol. 5 is set to kick off from May 19th to May 26th. This week-long extravaganza will enhance your Pokémon's Sleep EXP across all areas with a 1.5x boost to Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP. Moreover, the Candies you earn from your first sleep research of the day will be multiplied by 1.5, making it a perfect time to level up your Pokémon.
