Pokémon Go Holiday Part Two Event Festivities Revealed

The festive spirit continues in Pokémon Go as Niantic gears up for the second part of their Holiday Event, running from December 22nd to 27th. Following the kickoff of the first part on December 17th, trainers can anticipate an array of exciting bonuses, encounters, and challenges that promise to elevate the holiday experience.

During Holiday Part Two, players will enjoy double XP for catching Pokémon, providing a fantastic opportunity to level up faster. Raid Battles will also be more rewarding with a 50% XP boost. Keep an eye out for the debut of Dedenne, as well as Wooloo and Dubwool donning festive outfits. If luck is on your side, you might even encounter a shiny variant of these holiday-themed Pokémon.

From December 25th to January 5th, the Daily Adventure Incense will last twice as long, giving you more time to explore and catch a variety of Pokémon such as Alolan Rattata, Murkrow, Blitzle, Tynamo, Absol, and others in the wild.

For raid enthusiasts, one-star raids will feature Litwick and Cetoddle, while Snorlax and Banette will appear in three-star battles. If you're up for a challenge, five-star raids will be dominated by Giratina, and Mega Raids will showcase Mega Latios and Abomasnow.

If quests are more your style, Field Research Tasks will offer encounters with event-themed Pokémon. For a small fee of $5, you can participate in a Timed Research that includes goodies like a Glacial Lure Module, two Incense, a Wooloo Jacket, and additional encounters. Additionally, Collection Challenges focused on catching and raiding will reward you with Stardust, Great Balls, and Ultra Balls.
