Donkey Kong Country Returns HD is a refreshed version of a previously re-released title. Following its 2010 Wii debut and subsequent 2013 3DS release (featuring eight exclusive levels), this HD version incorporates all original levels plus the additional 3DS content.

This challenging game offers two gameplay modes: the original difficult experience, or an easier 3DS mode with extra hearts and assistance.
