Marvel Rivals Welcomes Invisible Woman and More in Season 1!

Get ready for a major update to Marvel Rivals! Launching January 10th at 1 AM PST, Season 1: Eternal Darkness Falls introduces the Fantastic Four's Invisible Woman, new maps, a fresh game mode, and a brand-new battle pass.

A recent gameplay video showcases Invisible Woman's abilities. She's a Strategist class character, capable of both damaging opponents and healing teammates. Her kit includes invisibility, a knockback, a double jump for enhanced mobility, and a protective shield for allies. Her ultimate ability creates a zone of invisibility, disrupting ranged attacks.

Mister Fantastic also makes his debut in Season 1, demonstrating a unique blend of Duelist and Vanguard abilities. He boasts higher health than typical DPS characters and utilizes stretching attacks for both offense and defense.

While Human Torch and The Thing will arrive later in a mid-season update (approximately six to seven weeks after launch), the absence of another highly anticipated character, Blade, is causing some buzz. Despite leaked information indicating his presence in the game files, Blade won't be joining the fight in Season 1, with Dracula instead taking the spotlight as the main antagonist.

Each season in Marvel Rivals is planned to last around three months, with substantial mid-season updates adding new heroes and content. Despite the delay for some characters, the upcoming update promises a thrilling start to Season 1.
