The excitement is building as *Honkai Impact 3rd* gears up for its v8.1 update, "Drumming in New Resolutions," set to launch on February 20th. This update promises a plethora of new content, including battlesuits, outfits, and a treasure trove of anniversary rewards.

What's New in the Update

Kiana returns to the fray with her new SD-type battlesuit, Ba-Dum! Fiery Wishing Star, ready to blaze through enemies. With her long staff, she executes a 4-sequence attack that inflicts Fire DMG and accumulates Passion Marks for impactful AOE damage. Her recommended weapon and PRI-ARM amplify her capabilities, ensuring opponents feel the heat. Additionally, Herrscher of Human: Ego receives new gear, including a Divine Key, PRI-ARM, and a stigmata set, enhancing her performance on the battlefield.

The narrative in Honkai Impact 3rd v8.1 delves deeper into Leylah's story. Following the dream crisis during the Spring Festival in v8.0, Kiana re-emerges in the real world, joining forces with Rice Cake for another mission assigned by Theresa. Their destination this time is the Moon Base, where they'll partake in a festive celebration. Completing the interlude offers players the chance to collect Crystals, Source Prisms, and other valuable rewards.

The update also introduces an engaging board game feature where players can activate and gather Yearly Chibis to strengthen their team. Additionally, accumulating shop tokens allows you to exchange them for Crystals, Coralie’s new outfit, and a variety of other rewards.

New Outfits and Styles

In addition to Coralie, Luna and Vita are receiving stylish new outfits. Luna's new look can be obtained through spend bonuses, while Vita's outfit will be available in Outfit Supply, adding a fresh flair to your favorite characters.

Anniversary Rewards Galore

The update comes packed with anniversary rewards. Simply logging in daily for seven days will earn you a Prism Stigma Direct Level-Up Coupon, an anniversary emblem, and more. Continue the login streak for another seven days post-update, and you'll receive Kiana's Stigma Option, Herrscher of Human's new Stigma Option, and 10 Equipment Supply Cards.

From February 25th to March 4th, daily logins grant you an S-rank Battlesuit Option, Battlesuit Supply Cards, Crystals, and additional bonuses. As a special thank-you, every player will receive five Battlesuit Supply Cards when the update goes live.
