Flea-Infested Locations in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Revealed

In *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, the side quest "A Good Scrub" sets you on a path of bathhouse-related adventures. One of these quests, "Ill Repute," requires you to find an item infested with fleas for Betty. Here's how to navigate this quest successfully and locate the flea-ridden item.

Starting with "A Good Scrub"

To begin, head to Kuttenberg and speak with the innkeeper about work opportunities. They'll direct you to Betty, who runs the southeast bathhouse in the city. Approach Betty and express your interest in her job offer, which leads you to Grund to find Matsek. Matsek, concerned about being seen with the girls he's supposed to escort to the bathhouse, is found in a courtyard. Engage with the three girls at a table, introduce yourself as someone working for Betty, and then accompany them back to the city.

Promoting the Bathhouse

Upon returning with the girls, Betty tasks you with promoting the bathhouse to attract more customers. Work with her to craft an effective spiel, then take to the streets during daylight hours to shout it at the grain market, horse market, vintners’ street, and merchants’ street. Timing is crucial; ensure you're doing this during the day to avoid delays.

Cleaning Up and Completing "A Good Scrub"

After promoting the bathhouse, your next job is to clean it up before the alderman arrives for an inspection. Speed is essential here; failing to meet the deadline could lead to the bathhouse's closure and prevent you from accessing the subsequent quest, "Ill Repute."

Finding Fleas for "Ill Repute" in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Once you pass the inspection, discuss the bathhouse's ongoing issues with Betty. She'll reveal that the council is deciding on the main bathhouse, and you need to sabotage the competing bathhouse to make the councillor leave. To do this, gather information from Meaty Mary, Katcha, and Little Lida about the councillor's dislikes.

You'll need Chamomile Brew to spike the wine cask on the second floor of the rival bathhouse. Additionally, Lida will share that the councillor enjoys fragrant oils, but only after you gift her a noblewomen’s dress from a tailor. If you choose to sabotage further, head to the third floor, lockpick a cabinet, and steal the oils.

For the flea-infested item, Katcha mentions that the bathhouse once had fleas. To find this item, head to the east gate of Kuttenberg City, where you'll discover a small camp of beggars. Search the sacks there to find a flea-infested blanket.

Once you've secured the fleas, return to the bathhouse and go back to the room where you added the Chamomile Brew to the wine. When no one is watching, interact with the baskets in the room and pour the fleas into Councillor Naaz’s laundry basket and the clean laundry basket.

If you're struggling to find the flea-infested item, remember that completing just one of the three sabotage tasks can be enough to make the councillor leave, allowing you to complete "Ill Repute" and move on to other quests like "Axe from the Lake."
