Dynasty Warriors M Shuts Down: Nexon Pulls Plug After 12 Months

Nexon bids farewell to Dynasty Warriors M, the mobile entry in the popular Dynasty Warriors franchise. The game's servers will officially shut down on February 20th, 2025, bringing an end to epic battles and strategic conquests.

In-app purchases were halted on December 19th, 2024, with Nexon expressing gratitude to the community for their support. While the reason for the closure remains unstated, the game's relatively poor performance since its November 2023 launch likely contributed to the decision. This marks a short lifespan of just over a year for the title.

Dynasty Warriors M offered a unique blend of Musou action and strategic gameplay. Players could collect and develop 50 officers across five factions, engaging in battles across a vast map encompassing 13 regions and 500 stages. The game also featured a story mode covering significant historical events.
