Ghost General

Grave Dancer

Travel northeast from Sakai along the main road to find him desecrating the resting places of the dead. Dispatch him to ensure he joins those he has disturbed.

Ember

Big Sueki

Chief Cuckoo

Corrupt Blade/Laughing Man/Peacock

You can choose to confront them individually or gather them at Takagi Otsuka Fort near Kakogawa Estuary in Harima. Opting for the latter, head east from the fort to find them in a courtyard next to a medium-sized hut. Utilize the NPCs to distract them and strike strategically to end their reign of terror.
