Carmen Sandiego Celebrates 40 Years by Solving Crimes at Japan's Cherry Blossom Festival

Netflix and Gameloft have released an exciting new update for the Carmen Sandiego game, where the iconic character embarks on a thrilling adventure in Japan during the Cherry Blossom Festival. This isn't just a leisurely trip; Carmen is on a mission. As the Japanese people celebrate the Sakura season, Carmen dives into a new case during the limited-time event called Free FestiVILE, running from April 7th to May 4th.

Carmen's mission is to track down the thieves who have stolen the sacred Shinboku tree. Players will follow leads, piece together clues, and race against time to uncover the culprits behind this crime. Players can even unlock a traditional happi coat for Carmen, offering a fresh look from her usual red trenchcoat.
