Botany Manor's PlayStation Debut Set for January 28th
Originally slated for a December 17th, 2024 release, the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 versions of the critically acclaimed puzzle game Botany Manor have been rescheduled for a January 28th, 2025 launch. This delay, announced by publisher Whitethorn Games, aimed to ensure the highest quality experience for players.
Developed by Balloon Studios, Botany Manor charmed players on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC upon its April 2024 release. The game, a relaxing puzzler centered around cultivating magical plants in the English countryside, garnered widespread praise, achieving a strong 83/100 average score and 92% recommendation rate on OpenCritic.
While a PS Store listing remains pending, the PlayStation port is expected to be priced at $24.99, consistent with other platforms. Like its counterparts, it will be a one-time purchase without microtransactions, and the digital soundtrack, available separately on Steam, is unlikely to be offered on PlayStation.
Botany Manor is poised to enrich the PlayStation puzzle game library, joining other notable January 28th releases such as Cuisineer, Eternal Strands, and The Sone of Madness. Following its PlayStation launch, Botany Manor will be available on all initially announced platforms. Balloon Studios' next project remains unannounced.
