The Yu-Gi-Oh! community bridges divides of age, gender, and nationality. Now it appears to extend into celebrity circles as well! Baron Bloodthorne, the latest Shadow Duelist in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel, was unveiled in yesterday's tournament finale as actor Dylan Sprouse.
Dylan and his twin brother Cole are widely known for starring in the Disney Channel's Suite Life sitcom series. Since pursuing independent careers, Dylan has continued taking unique roles—his portrayal of Baron Bloodthorne fits right into that pattern.
Similar to his voice performance as the elven exile Alith Anaar in Total War: Warhammer II, Dylan Sprouse challenged competitors in the Shadow Duelist series. He joined other celebrities who have adopted masked identities to face off against tournament winners.

Previous Shadow Duelists included WWE star Xavier Woods and One Direction's Zayn Malik, each with custom mask designs. The tournament victor earned the honor of revealing Sprouse's identity as Baron Bloodthorne and received the actor's autographed mask as a trophy.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel remains a popular mobile and console adaptation of the globally acclaimed trading card game. The Shadow Duelist series has become a standout feature for this multiplatform card battler, generating significant attention for good reason.
However, it wouldn't be Yu-Gi-Oh! without one essential element—not Edison or Speed Duel, but the ban list! If you're planning to compete in Master Duel at a professional level, you'll need to study the current Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel forbidden and limited cards.
