Fantasian Neo Dimension plunges players into a visually stunning world where Leo and his companions combat Jas's "Zero" plan, a catastrophic threat to existence. The game's captivating story and unique mechanics keep players engaged throughout the escalating conflict.
The Tachyon Medal is a crucial late-game item integral to a challenging, extended side quest. Obtaining it is just the first step; its true function unfolds later. This guide details how to acquire and utilize the Tachyon Medal.
The Tachyon Medal's existence is first hinted at in Shangri-La, and it's the final item acquired before the final boss encounter. To obtain it, progress through the main storyline until reaching Sanctum, within the God Realm, accessible via the Communication Network. Inside the Mirror of Order, you'll face God's Predator, a formidable but conquerable boss. This boss frequently summons allies and employs a devastating "Consume" attack, draining 90% of your health. Prepare Kina for crucial healing and equip Petrification Null gear for a smoother battle.
Leo's Fire Samidare +2 proves effective against summoned enemies. Consider using Cherryl, whose Concentrate and Charge abilities inflict substantial damage.
After defeating God's Predator, proceed to the Laboratory via the Balcony. Amidst the scattered debris to your right, you'll discover a chest containing the coveted Tachyon Medal.
Activating the Tachyon Medal requires two prerequisites: reaching the Altar in Shangri-La and completing the Cinderella Tri-Stars side quest. The Cinderella Tri-Stars appear in eight locations, with the first two encountered during the main storyline:
Defeat these bosses in the presented order. After the final defeat in Shangri-La, three chests beneath the Altar become accessible; one contains the Holy Belt (All Ailment Null).
Opening all three chests reveals a glowing door, prompting you to use the Tachyon Medal to rewind time. Possessing the Medal initiates NG+ from this point, carrying over levels, items, and equipment. While enemies gain increased health and strength, this shouldn't pose significant difficulty, particularly if all side quests were completed beforehand. Using the Tachyon Medal unlocks the Time Reverse Trophy/Achievement, allowing you to restart your quest to save the Human Realm.
