Following the exciting March 10 update in *Fields of Mistria*, players can now venture further to reach the coveted Fire Seal after successfully clearing the previous altars. To unlock this seal, you'll need to gather four essential items: a Faceted Rock Gem, Rockroot, Emerald, and a Sealing Scroll. Below, we'll guide you through the process of obtaining each of these offerings and unlocking the Fire Seal.

The Faceted Rock Gem, a rare artifact, is hidden within the mines of *Fields of Mistria*. Ensure you're playing the latest version of the game and navigate through the mines to reach Floors 50-59. We discovered the gem on Floor 56 after some diligent digging. To locate it, look for marked areas on the ground where you can dig using your pickaxe or shovel. Be prepared to spend time exploring these floors as the Faceted Rock Gem isn't an easy find.

Rockroot, a common forageable, can be found between Floors 50-59 in the mines. If you're a frequent miner, chances are you've already encountered this dark, root-like plant. Just one Rockroot is needed to complete the Priestess’ altar, so keep an eye out for it during your mining adventures.

Where to Find Emerald in Fields of Mistria

Emeralds are among the easiest items to gather for the Fire Seal offerings. You can find Emerald geodes on Floors 50-59 in the mines, and they're quite common. Alternatively, break large boulders scattered around Mistria to collect them. They're also available for purchase at Balor’s Wagon for just 200 tesserae. If you've unlocked the new Stone Refinery with the March 2025 update, you can even craft them yourself, saving time and effort.

The final item needed to break the Fire Seal is the Sealing Scroll, which is part of a quest that starts after you meet Juniper and discover the seal. You'll need to enlist Balor's help to obtain the scroll, but it won't come free. To secure the Sealing Scroll, gather the following items:

  • x10 Silver Ingots
  • x10 Rubies
  • x10 Sapphires
  • x10 Emeralds

If you haven't already collected these, the mines are a great place to search. Once you have them, deposit the items in the bin by Balor’s Wagon to receive your scroll.

Unlocking the Fire Seal

With the Sealing Scroll, Faceted Rock Gem, Emerald, and Rockroot in your possession, make your way back to Floor 60 of the mines to offer these items at the altar. This action will unlock the Fire Seal, opening up a new biome and more exciting content during the Early Access phase of *Fields of Mistria*.
