Effective immediately, I'm directing the Commerce Department and U.S. Trade Representative to implement a 100% tariff on all foreign-produced films. AMERICAN MOVIES MUST BE MADE IN AMERICA!"

The practical implications remain uncertain, including how the tariff would be enforced and which productions would be targeted. Many countries currently offer tax incentives that attract international filmmakers to locations like the UK, Australia, and Europe.
