⚫︎ JND Studios and Stellar Blade developer SHIFT UP have opened pre-orders for hyper-realistic 1/3 scale figures of the characters EVE and Tachy, starting April 18. The dual-character bundle, priced at $3,599, sold out within minutes. Limited quantities of the individual EVE figure, priced at $2,199, are still available. These collectible statues are slated for release in the third quarter of 2026.

⚫︎ JND Studios will produce officially licensed, hyper-realistic figurines of Stellar Blade's protagonist Eve and the eighth boss, Tachy. This collaboration with Shift Up was first announced in July 2024, and on April 8, 2025, JND confirmed which two characters would be featured. The collectibles are expected to be released later this year.

⚫︎ During the latest State of Play broadcast, Shift Up announced a PC release for Stellar Blade in June 2025. The studio also confirmed that DLC for Goddess of Victory: Nikke will launch the same month, introducing a new boss fight, collectible dolls and stickers, and an additional outfit.

⚫︎ Shift Up Studio has started the new year by awarding every employee a PlayStation 5 Pro console and a collective monetary bonus of ¥1,000,000 (approximately $32,000). This follows the studio's highly successful 2023 debut of Stellar Blade—its first console title—on PlayStation 5, which received positive reviews, strong sales, and multiple nominations at The Game Awards.

⚫︎ The PlayStation Blog's Game of the Year 2024 awards have been announced, with Stellar Blade's Eve securing a major win. In the Best New Character category, Eve led the votes alongside Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s Jane Harrow, Dragon Age: The Veilguard’s Emmrich Volkarin, and Rise of the Rōnin’s Ryoma Sakamoto. Notable write-in candidates included Metaphor: ReFantazio’s Strohl, Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail’s Wuk Lamat, and Helldivers 2’s General Brasch, each garnering significant fan support.

⚫︎ On December 17, 2024, Stellar Blade will launch a holiday event in Xion, decorating the city square and The Last Gulp gathering hall with festive lights, a colorful Christmas tree, and seasonal adornments.
The event will introduce new background music tracks, "Dawn (Winter)" and "Take Me Away," offering a calm and romantic ambiance for players to unwind. A holiday-themed mini-game will also debut, providing a fun distraction and in-game rewards upon completion.

⚫︎ Shift Up has released a patch to fix issues introduced with the Stellar Blade x NieR:Automata update. The popular free update added NieR:Automata-themed cosmetics and a new Photo Mode but also caused unexpected crashes and missing costumes.
This hotfix improves Photo Mode stability, preventing crashes when taking in-game screenshots. It also restores any missing NieR:Automata outfits, ensuring players who have collected all Stellar Tears or caught elusive Great Desert fish for the War Dress can enjoy the new content without interruption.

⚫︎ Following Stellar Blade's strong performance, Shift Up Studio's Technical Director Donki Lee announced two major updates on November 11, 2024.
First, the team released a free update (version 1.009.001) adding four new outfits and one accessory—obtainable through a specific ending—alongside expanded lip-sync support and a new photo mode.
Second, Lee confirmed the launch of Stellar Blade's first paid DLC, a crossover with NieR:Automata. Developed collaboratively by Directors Kim Hyung Tae and Yoko Taro, this partnership highlights Automata's influence on the project, which Lee described as "a collaboration marked by mutual respect and creativity."

⚫︎ Despite high expectations from fans, Stellar Blade was not nominated for Game of the Year at The Game Awards. This omission has sparked debate on social media, particularly given the inclusion of downloadable content for Elden Ring among the nominees.
While it missed the top award, Stellar Blade did receive nominations in two categories: Best Action Game and Best Score and Music, acknowledging its excellent gameplay and soundtrack.
