The 2025 PUBG Mobile Global Open (PMGO) has kicked off, featuring a massive 90,000+ competitor registration—the year's first international PUBG Mobile Esports event. Open Qualifiers, starting February 13th, provide a platform for rising stars to compete for a Main Event spot.
A substantial $500,000 prize pool is up for grabs. Teams will navigate multiple qualifying rounds before challenging established esports organizations. The amateur-only format ensures fresh talent takes center stage.
Teams including at least one Ultimate 500-ranked player (Cycle 7 Season 20 or 21) have advanced to Round 2. Upcoming weeks will see intense competition for PMGO Prelims entry, where they'll face top teams from the Uzbekistan Offline Qualifiers.
Twelve teams will then progress to the PMGO Main Event, facing off against PUBG Mobile's elite professionals. Four professional teams—Regnum Carya, Nigma Galaxy, 4Merical Vibes, and Influence Rage—have already secured Main Event berths based on their PMGC 2024 performance. Four additional teams will qualify through regional competitions (PMSL SEA Spring, PMGO Korea Qualifier, and Peacekeeper Elite League Spring season).
