Nintendo Begins Sending Confirmation Emails for Global Switch 2 Experience Events

Confirmation emails for Nintendo's highly anticipated Switch 2 Experience events, scheduled to take place worldwide, began arriving in inboxes on January 27, 2025. Excited fans quickly shared their confirmations on Twitter (X).

The registration period, which opened on January 17, 2025 following the Switch 2 trailer reveal, concluded on January 26, 2025. A free Nintendo Account was required for registration. Nintendo previously published registration guidelines and event details on their website.

Those not selected received emails detailing a waitlist opening on January 29, 2025, at 4 PM ET / 3 PM CT / 1 PM PT, offering a chance to secure a spot should cancellations occur.

The Nintendo Switch 2 Experience events, starting April 4th, offer hands-on time with the upcoming console. Locations include:
