In *Honkai: Star Rail*, the Eternal Holy City Okhema in the Amphoreus region is your first stop after a rough landing following an attack on the train coach. Guided by Phainon, players are introduced to the expansive city, which is split into two key areas: Kephale Plaza and Marmoreal Palace. This new exploration kicks off after a suggestion from Black Swan during the latest Trailblaze Mission in Penacony, leading adventurers to this sacred city.
Eternal Holy City Okhema Treasure Locations in Honkai: Star Rail

Okhema is brimming with collectibles, boasting 33 Treasure Chests, 4 Flying Spears, 3 Spirithiefs, and 4 Golden Scapegoats. To maximize your loot, consider bringing The Herta along, whose Technique will highlight unclaimed treasure chests on your map. Topaz is another great companion; her Numby will sniff out nearby chests, guiding you straight to them.
The map uses color coding to distinguish different collectibles: blue for Golden Short Spears, purple for Spirithiefs, and yellow for Golden Scapegoats.
