But that's not all! The sequel boasts a star-studded cast of newcomers, including Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio (Bad Bunny), Sandler's daughters Sadie and Sunny Sandler, and Blake Clark. Even SpongeBob SquarePants makes a cheeky cameo in the trailer.
Netflix has also confirmed a roster of pro golfers set to appear, including John Daly, Paige Spiranac, Rory McIlroy, Scottie Scheffler, Bryson DeChambeau, Brooks Koepka, Justin Thomas, and Will Zalatoris. NFL star Travis Kelce also makes a cameo appearance.
The impressive cast list includes:

Need a refresher on the original Happy Gilmore? Here's Netflix's recap:
The original Happy Gilmore ended with Sandler's character finally at peace after a whirlwind golf season (and a memorable brawl with Bob Barker!). His mission: raise money to pay his grandmother's back taxes. His method? Becoming the most unconventional golfer the Tour Championship had ever seen. Along the way, he made friends (Chubbs Petersen and his caddy) and enemies (Shooter McGavin and Bob Barker), ultimately triumphing against all odds, saving his grandmother's house, and returning home a champion. How the sequel will resurrect his golf career remains to be seen, but one thing's for sure: Happy Gilmore is a legend.
Development of Happy Gilmore 2 began in March 2024, with Netflix officially ordering the sequel in May of the same year. The film is directed by Kyle Newacheck, from a script by Sandler and Tim Herlihy.
