Lucia, trained to fight by her father from a young age, grew up tough and ended up in Leonida Penitentiary. After her release, she’s determined to make calculated moves to build a better life for herself and her mother, a dream rooted in their Liberty City days.

Fresh from prison, Lucia aims to shift her fortunes, and partnering with Jason might be her escape. Players will explore their journey alongside Vice City’s eclectic residents.
