Days Gone Remastered: Enhanced PS5 Experience with New Modes and Features

Bend Studio's post-apocalyptic adventure, Days Gone, is getting a remastered release for the PlayStation 5, boasting a range of exciting new features and enhancements. Announced during Sony's February 2025 State of Play, this upgraded version offers improved visuals, performance enhancements, and several gameplay additions.

Key features of Days Gone Remastered include:

• New Game Modes: Experience the game in entirely new ways with the addition of permadeath and speedrun modes.
• Enhanced Photo Mode: Capture stunning screenshots of Oregon's ravaged landscape with improved capabilities.
• Accessibility Improvements: Enhanced accessibility options cater to a wider range of players.
• Horde Assault: A thrilling arcade mode challenging players to overcome even larger hordes of Freakers than previously encountered.
• VRR and PS5 Pro Support: Enjoy smoother frame rates and enhanced visuals, especially on the PS5 Pro.
• DualSense Integration: Experience haptic feedback and adaptive triggers for enhanced immersion (PC players will need the DLC).

Launching April 25, 2025, Days Gone Remastered offers a compelling upgrade for PS4 owners, available for $10. PC players can also access the new modes, accessibility features, DualSense support (if applicable), and enhanced photo mode via the $10 Broken Roads DLC.

The PlayStation Blog details further improvements, highlighting the PS5-optimized visuals selectable in Performance or Quality modes. PS5 Pro owners will benefit from even more refined visuals and audio.
