CD Projekt Red's VP and Narrative Lead, Marcin Blacha, highlights the need for an "exceptional team" to bring Project Hadar to life. Aspiring developers are urged to explore the open positions and contribute their expertise.
Unlike the Witcher series (based on Andrzej Sapkowski's novels) and Cyberpunk 2077 (originating from a tabletop RPG), Project Hadar introduces a completely original universe crafted by CD Projekt Red. While specifics remain limited (it's confirmed not to be a space horror), the project, previously involving a small team of around twenty, has recently expanded.

Currently, the Hadar team is actively seeking programmers, VFX specialists, technical artists, writers, and mission designers. The enthusiasm expressed by leading developers, referring to this as a "once-in-a-lifetime opportunity," suggests a significant shift from initial conceptualization to full-fledged production.
CD Projekt Red is concurrently managing multiple projects. The largest team is dedicated to Project Polaris, the inaugural title in the new Witcher trilogy featuring Ciri. Additional teams are developing a Cyberpunk 2077 sequel and another game within the Witcher universe.
