This app helps you find the cheapest metered parking near your destination. No more expensive parking hassles!
For Android 11 Users:
Some users on Android 11 have reported app crashes on launch. To resolve this, try "Erasing Storage." Warning: This will delete your parking history, which cannot be recovered.
How to Erase Storage:
- Open "Settings."
- Open "Apps and Notifications."
- Select "PP Park!"
- Open "Storage and Cache."
- Tap "Erase Storage."
This issue stems from Android 11, and Google is reportedly aware of the problem. A fix is anticipated, but similar issues persist globally.
PPPark! Features:
- Automatic Price Calculation: Enter your parking times (e.g., "Today, 2 PM to 7 PM"), and the app calculates and displays the cheapest options.
- Maximum Charge Support: Find parking that reflects daily maximum rates for accurate cost estimations.
- Easy Navigation: Integrate with Google Maps, Yahoo! Maps, and NaviCon for seamless navigation to your chosen parking.
- Reservation & Shared Parking: Includes listings for Akippa, Toku P, and TOHOGAS parking (Okazaki city only).
- Street Parking Support: Displays street parking options (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Osaka) marked on the map. Remember: Street parking has time limits; exceeding them results in fines. Always verify local signage.
- User-Submitted Parking Information: Report unregistered, updated, or closed parking lots. Note: Posted information isn't carried over between Android devices (Android 10 and later).
- User-Friendly Interface:
- Locate your destination on the map.
- Set your parking start and end times.
- Tap the magnifying glass to begin your search.
- Results are displayed on the map, ordered by price.
Important Notes:
- Requires "Google Play Developer Services" (Android 4.0+).
- Uses WiFi and Bluetooth for accurate location services.
