Zenless Zone Zero 1.7 'Bury Your Tears with the Past' Launching Soon

HoYoverse has announced the release date for Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.7, titled 'Bury Your Tears with the Past,' set to launch on April 23rd. This update marks the culmination of Season 1's narrative arcs.

What’s in Store in Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.7?

The much-anticipated resolution to the Sacrifice crisis will be unveiled, providing clarity on Vivian's intricate backstory and the definitive fate of Hugo. Following Hugo's descent into the Hollow, tensions between Mockingbird and TOPS have escalated, prompting the Mayor to dispatch a special Void Hunter-rank investigator.

Together with Vivian, Proxies will venture into hostile territory to pursue the Sacrifice Core. Vivian's unresolved issues with figures from her past and the unraveling of the Exaltists' conspiracy promise a thrilling narrative. Here’s the Character Lineup

Two new S-Rank Agents from Mockingbird will join the fray. Vivian, an Ether Anomaly Agent, wields a parasol and rapier, excelling in dealing Corruption damage, especially when synergizing with other characters' EX Special Attacks. Hugo, an Ice Attack Agent, wields a suitcase that transforms into a scythe, triggering the Totalize effect for increased damage against stunned enemies, scaling with the remaining stun duration.

Robin, Mockingbird's agile Bangboo partner, introduces random effects through her card-throwing abilities. Returning characters include Jane, a Physical Anomaly Agent, and Lighter, a Fire Stun Agent, featured in Version 1.7's banners.

Version 1.7 also introduces new events to Zenless Zone Zero. The 'Say It With Flowers' event allows players to manage a flower shop, fulfilling design requests and crafting floral arrangements. Completing these commissions unlocks a permanent floral arrangement mini-game in Quality Time mode, along with exclusive rewards.
